"Thank you for sending the screenshot. I can see why the “Buying (Won)” message made this confusing.
We checked the Animal Spleen Oil auction shown in your image. Your 1,075 PED bid was overtaken by another bid, and the 1,075 PED was returned to your PED Card in the same transaction. You did not win that stack, so there was no item to collect from that auction. I’m sorry the message suggested otherwise.
We have reported the misleading win status to the team for review.
I’ll close this case now that the bid and item outcome are accounted for.
If you notice a different auction or a separate missing amount, please send us its details and we’ll check it.
