I can't call the client anymore...

Hello,

I used the same shorcut for a long time, and now it don’t work anymore.
I’ve tried to use directly the exe in installation folder nothing…
Uninstall and then install again and nothing…

When i double click on the exe, nothing appears. It’s strange I used to play easily before :confused:

Have you tried to start the ClientLoader.exe? It doesn’t work to start directly from the pe.exe file.

I think you need clientloader.exe in the installation map. The pe.exe file also doesn’t work on my machine, you need to start the clientloader.

I started to have problems to run the game after VU 7.7: program always tolding me I didn’t had DirectX 9.0. But I had it. So I started to run the game as Administrator.

I am using Windows XP Professional and the user I normally use is an Advanced User but not Admin. I don’t like to run things as Admin for security reasons, but made an exception to PE.

Hope this hint can help someone else… :smiley:

Advanced user on XP pro is no good for gaming, it just wont let you run a lot of games. Used to have my kids logins as advanced users but got fed up with everytime they wanted to play something I had to log in, was easier in the end to build them both pc’s :frowning:
