i already made a "support case"

now really this is very unfair, if you can help me out it would be great

i was trading 100.5 peds for a rifle and 100x10 packs of ammo, the game connection got lost and when i signed in again my peds had gone but my stuff wasn’t there, i ask the guy i traded and he said that he got the peds, and that the item i was mean’t to get wasn’t, meaning i am mean’t to have the items but i don’t… unfair when will i get my peds or the rifle and ammo? (if i do)

and there is also another problem,

i lost connection again and my armor full goblin that a friend traded me was gone, and it was that orange stuff that i started with back, why did this happen?

p.s in game name for me is Mala “RedWolfRay” Sibe

Try another relog, if that dont work, send a support. MA keeps logfile on this matter and they will be able to see the trade and replacce your items…GOOD LUCK.. :wink:

I encountered a similar problem a few weeks back. Relog did not solve it. What I did was put something into storage then go repair an item then take the item out of storage then relog.

Amazingly it works. I suspect the repairing was what made the items reappear but can not be sure.

For the oldies, this bug seems to be very similar to the 5.12 bug.

True dat…I also heard of that working, but, I heard you need to put it in storage at Hedes central, dunno, worth trying though… :wise:

Well then, yes support is your outlet of choice now. Could take a little while so that they can investigate it fully to ensure no possible scamming is going on… but if this indeed happened to you leave it with support and be patient :girl: gl

is it just me or is this game trying to get a point across to me?

Did you check your storage to see if the ammo and armor was there?

log into the client loader and look under your items to see if everything is listed - if the items in the trade are not listed then they aren’t in your possesion and they guy probably has them back.
