I’ve had a few questions now about the 'This creature didn’t carry any loot" messages, and some difficulty getting refunded for these events from support. While I hope Mindark gets to the bottom of this quickly, this guide should help people find these events and make sure they’re not losing out on PED as a result!
To help support better find the occurrences of this happening and get compensation, you can do the following:

[li]Navigate to your "C:\Users<user>\Documents\Entropia Universe" directory in file explorer.[/li][li]Right click anywhere in the file explorer and select the option ‘Open in Terminal’ [/li][li]Copy and paste in the following command: findstr /c:“[] This creature didn” .\chat*[/li][li]Copy and paste the following output from that command, which should find all loot events which didn’t generate you a loot, it should look like my example below. [/li][/ol] .\chat.log:2025-05-09 11:07:58 [System] [] This creature didn’t carry any loot

So people should stay Tuned instead of reporting this! As if they do a support case about it, they will get it closed soon as they read u are missing any loot.
Its the 2nd support case I get it closed by this matter.
It’s automatic reply, they don’t don’t usually read support cases about bug reports unless you report it in wrong category like Deposit Category, and even then they may just lock it and ask you to make a support case on the right category.
I know you just trying to help Nana, but it’s about principle here for me.
Why do we need to bother with this?
Shouldn’t they just do a search for all players - see if any players are missing loot - compensate them automatically (put in their storage or inventory).
What kind of bs is this to have to go through game local chat log, which if you use trackers (will delete them or you have to delete them) when they get too big.
You’ll miss out on potential loot because you didn’t backup all your chat logs since you started playing when this issue arose?
It’s very inefficient way of handling this by asking every player who experience this issue to manually make a support case especially since we know how often they read those..
Why they not prioritize this? It’s player trust we’re talking about here, something they have very little off left these days… it’s like they don’t care? Or what.
In a MMORPG especially with RCE involved, one expects something like this to not happen ever, and if it does it should be automatically be resolved asap, with no part for the player to have to do anything to get his/her compensation, like most MMORPGs in this instance will actually compensate the player for their inconvenience…

Not sure if I’ve actually had the mission loot but been unable to loot and other bugged stuff several times, ALWAYS, have they compensated me, usually very generously as well.
Can take up to a week as longest I think but usually within a day or two.
Sure, it’s not optimal with bugs but this is something they actually deliver on imo.
i had this message killign a Sunjoq in Toulan
i was expecially worried because it was my 10.850 ped HOF
i am reallyh SURE that that was the FAT monster carrying my hof
and someone stole it and pretend that it did not carry any loot.
most probably was the Mohkat nearby, those are really nasty creatures
more seriiously it happens if LAG happens.
i think the loot comes in the next monster
