How to link my old Calypso Forum account to my new one?

Hi, can anyone please tell me how to link my old Calypso Forum account to my new one? I have the same email address, but the account didn’t link.

Go to the Entropia Universe website. There is a link there for linking your old forum account to this.

Where is this link? Maybe I’ve been watching the World Cup for a while and my eyes are blurry, but I’ve searched all corners and can’t find the link.

The way I did it was to login on this new forum and you will have to put your EU account password and security code. (it sends you to EU site)

Then when you open the forum and click login again. It did automatically show that my EU account would match the old “Fanan” account on the forum. I just accepted and it’s done.

Not sure where to check the IG name of the user here on forum, maybe it will come later on.

meh it created a fresh account instead of linking my old account when i logged in

You had your complete IG name inserted on the old forum? I did, and after login on the new forum while logged on the EU site it asked me to confirm the forum account and link it.

Thanks to everyone who responded. I think I created a new account. Maybe.
Oh well, let it stay as it is.

I have similar problem.

When logging for the first time i choose wrong button (“Create new account” instead of “Link existing account” - my fault :frowning:).

Is there a way to still link my EU account to my old PCF account?

I too accidentally created a new account instead of linking to old one. Any way of fixing?

I thought that I was the only one who was in a hurry and inattentive as always, but I see that linking to the old account was not very intuitive. On the first day, I wrote to the forum moderator and in support of the game, but there was no response.It doesn’t matter to me, but try writing to support on the game site.

I’d assume MA staff is celebrating and already recovering from Midsommer.

Try to remain positive, be glad that we have some what working forum at all.

Expect people to get back to work on next monday or after possible holidays. :smiley:

What midsummer? I prepared such a beautiful greeting card with the Swedish national team emblem in a tulip wreath against a maypole background.

The method mentioned – logging in for the first time – didn’t work for me either, as described. I then did it the way Fanan did, and it worked. Was someone trying to confuse people a bit? :wink:

If you have accidentally created a new forum account or linked to an incorrect one, please send me a message and I will unlink the incorrect forum account so you can redo the process and link it to the correct one.

I dug into my dusty old Großbuchs and found the email address I registered when I created my old account on the Calypso forum. The service that provided email services in 2022 began deleting inactive accounts. I thought the game email and the Calypso forum email were identical. But it turns out I was wrong, and I apologize for misleading you and distracting you from Midsommar celebration. Although I watched a horror movie with that title.and this is not the most joyful holiday I’ve seen. definitely not a Brazilian carnival
