How does an avatar get banned from PE? :eek:
Real examples would be useful - without revealing names, of course. :tongue2:

Exploiting,scamming,verbal abuse and so on gets ya banned
Simply read the TOS / EULA.
(i changed the topic of this thread so it doesnt sound like you were banned…)
i knew this one guy. well actually i didnt know him but he was like a friends of my friends friend. and he said that my friend not my friends friend but the friend of my friend got banned for scamming. Scamming is when you intentionally rip someone off. Another way you can is to be a real potty mouth or harass someone in the game. I know a few my self that just disappeared. Someone says they sneak out in the middle of the night from the caves just sw of twins and carry you off like the Morlocks int he movie “the time machine”. noone has actually seen them but they do have distant relative just south of enchida in pvp3. And the females are quite droopy if you know what I mean. They are the ones who tell about the bad people in this game so be afraid. Be very afraid. :loco:

Side note has anyone else noticed that different computers mindbusters guy runs faster or slower… at work hes kinda jogging but at my house he is at a full out sprint. just thoguht it was funny soorry for off topic. you might get banned mindbuster for wierd avatar our of game. there fixed it.
You get banned in PE if you harrass other players with violent acts of verbal abuse (racial, sexual, toilet papering etc), exploiting what you know to be bugs (Billy’s bug, Jim’s bug, toilet papering etc), scamming (the toilet papering scam is the worst will get you instant life long ban)
Just be polite in game and dont rise to people’s childish vulgar remarks.. dont scam, dont exploit bugs for your own benefit and be careful when you see others toilet papering 
Vemon, yeah… it’s a rendering issue with some browsers.. mainly FireFox.
You will notice Internet Exploder has MB running nice and sedately whilst FireFox has him running like a man gone mad 
I’ve recently updated FireFox to the latest version and this seems to have fixed it :yup:

I have heard of Avatars being banned for innapropriate names as well.

Why you want to but cant stop play?
it really doewsnt matter what you do… what matters te most is
- who you are. if you deposit HUGE amounts of money its not like MAs gonna give you the boot
2)who you pissed off–if THEY deposit huge amounts of money, and you dont, its not like MA wants to piss them off by NOT giving you the boot - how MANY you piss off. 1 person complaining usually wont do jack. 20 people complain about 1 person, theyre out of here.
thats why scammers almost always get nailed. a)theyre nobodys. b)they go after the rich kids and c)no scammer ever scams once, then quits.

actually u get a warning first no matter how severe the situation is… if u scam 20000 peds or 2… or if u find a way to crack in MA or a way to telport farther… no matter what its MAs policy to warn first…

Sorry this is not true. Each case is looked at seperately, and I’m 100% sure that instant bans have been handed out before. I’m sure many people get warnings, but doing something especially wrong will get you banned in a flash.
I got a few scammers banned. Here are the reasons I can list.

Someone reports you as a scammer and provides a screenshot of you laughing at them, and a full description of a malicious scam.

Someone reports you for creating new avatars, and involving them in some scam activity, like “selling skills” scam.

Someone reports you for racist, sexist, or other insulting, offensive behavior, and provides a screenshot with proof.

You are detected to use hacking techniques to break the client.

You publicly admit you are sexually attracted to Agrippa.

I know somebody who was banned for threating marco and his family on irc, not exactly a wise move
i know someone and he knows someone and he knows a friend who has a friend and when they are hunting they call eachother all kinds of names, but they dont care becouse they laugh about it.
so if MA finds out, would they get banned?

Well its only hearsay:
The one LA owner banned from EU received his ban for using an automated miningbot to farm his own LAs.
Not sure if this is totally true (the only reason) or if there where some other circumstances as well, but I have read that some years ago 
To lazy to search the thread!
Back to the point, just violate the EULA and your chances are really good to get a ban!
F.E. Use a known bug to your own advantage (actually the the storage open bug, in PvP4). That should be good enough for a ban!
Don´t know if some received a ban using the invisibillity bug in lootable PvP sa few years back!
