My take - “Star Wars” and Space Fighter Factory for sale at $250,000 and/or “Mother Ship”
I’m gonna stick to a new planet with 7 continents and 300+ species and New Armor Factorys, but thats just me 
I will spend 1 million on that
Considering that there were eight people seriously interested in the space resort who contacted MA I think we can assume several new “estates” next year…
my guess: an underwater base?

Port Atlantis, the sale include a personal pvp-button that gives you the possibility to pK and loot all others , but they can’t kill you!
cK get it after 10 minutes in auction, buyout: 3.000.000 Dung and 2.000.000 sweat, and a few thousands pixieparts.

That would be great to own our own asteroids We could have turrets on them to protect the investment!

Maybe a factory situated in Hadesheim? I would guess it would be around the price scale of TI, though 
maby a star destroyer that you can use to attack mobs with j/k

And what to think about a city for sale? Everytime someone repairs, who get a small amount of the repaircosts. The actionfee goes to the owner. And to use the TP there’s a small charge of 1 ped. :smash: :umn: :smash:
