How do you make mind essence?
Is it worth make mind essance than just sell the sweat directly?

You can make Mind Essence by refining Sweat (50 Max) and Force Nexus ( 50 Max ) using an Energy Refiner. 
What is force nexus?
It’s a enmatter found through enmatter mining, lots in pvp3, but they can loot you there so be careful
And don’t refine your sweat, sell it as it is, there’s not much of a market for ME compared to sweat. MF users prefer to mix themselves rather than pay your markup.
Is it the Chikara Energy Refiner ER100, in the TT?

yes - purchase the energy refiner from the TT and place your sweat + force nexus into it and refine; then you have mind essence.
Do not put in more than 1k of each - it will not work.

Ahoy. Lol, 10 years, still actual. I found this thread on google, but still need to clarify few points:
*you can add as much sweat and force nexus to refiner as you want, but only 50 of both will be used in a batch to make mind essence, right?
*Is it worth sweating by your self, buy force nexus and sell the essence on auction?
*how much mind essence will I get after refining 50 force nexus + 50 vibrant sweat?
- what is the tt value of 1 mind essence?

- 1 sweat + 1 force nexus makes 100 mind essence (of 1 pec value, as 1 ME worth 0.01 pec, just like ammo - that was changed from the original 1 ammo = 1 ME = 1 pec few years ago to allow for weapons that use < 1 pec per shot and for more fine tuning overall)
- you can add any amounts; if they are not equal, you’ll get the excess back - say, add 10 sweat and 9 nexus - you’ll get 900 ME and 1 sweat won’t be used
- if you don’t mine your nexus yourself, your profit will be eaten by auction fee; I doubt it would be profitable even to sell on the streets
- 1 mind essence = 0.01 pec tt, 1 force nexus = 1 pec tt, 1 sweat = 0.0001 pec tt
