Why Caly? Have you seen the apartments on other planets? i.e. RT Ballistar = 3 or 4 (?) rooms, with 400 item points to Caly’s 150. Arkadia is much same. BTW - the estate market has been crazy for a while imo, there must be newbs queuing to pay like 750, where 500 was a rough guide for a long time (then re-listing@3k lmao).
