now im looking at the hof list for crafting and people are making d-1, and uncolored basic pants, blue prints you can get for 1 pec, i just wanted to know how people hof and global off these when the gunsare worth so little.

They get garnets, gems etc in hofs. They cost something like 300+ so if you see 302 ped jester hof there is some 300 ped garnet and 2 ped jester 
yeah, the gemstones are basically just cash, i dont think theres any use for them just yet besides maybe decorating an apt. so when you see a 304ped jester.. happens alot.. thats a garnet or ruby or something worth 300 ped tt, plus the jester, maxed tt.
I’d like some gemstones… maybe they could be used to craft jewellery when all this appearance enhancement comes into play
A nice Garnet Tiara with Diamond earrings would ROCK!! (rock… geddit?) 
Mayhaps they will be used in jewelry crafting? That would be a nice use for them. And I once got a garnet at 150 ped. So a nice piece of jewelry in game would rival the cost of RL! hehe
