hello i bought on 4/07/2016 3000 peds all ok after 40 minutes i bought 200 summer strongboxes … was an error from bank … i all solved with bank and paypal and i wait for 3 days to mindark answer my support
to unlock my account …funny to be locked for deposit all was legit …only thing was my bank put on hold on my payments cause he thinked the second deposit was a mistake … i called on bank all ok bank called paypal all ok now mindark is not answer and some friends that happens same thing advice me to post on forum so maybe they will answer faster … so i did it thank you i hope this solve fast with mindark cause paypal and bank let them know all is ok and released the funds that was placed on hold
MA has been known to do this for double deposits or “irregular” deposits on new accounts… Even more so if you deposited and then your bank blocked the charge. In that case MA always locks the account until they get payment or get the issue resolved.
Support takes a couple of days. Maybe 3. They like to solve depo issues before all else so just hang in there. Send another case if you don’t get a reply after 3-4 business days.
Ahh yes, when I got dup order of strongboxes I just kept them. I’ve read this before from other players - if you have to reverse a Paypal transaction due to an error, they lock your account to investigate.
Well, it’s good they are careful to avoid fraud and misuse of credit-cards.
i find it very ridiculous … anyway bank let all know and release the funds i am sure they will unlock me …thank you for reply guys …
yeah but i have 5k ped on ped card if they find it suspicios they can just take back the 2k peds from my account and all is ok right ?
this is no fraud its only a ridiculous act from bank that decide to put a hold on my money … before ask me
They will likely unlock you once the funds have cleared, give it a business day or two. Next time, deposit directly using your bank or credit card. Only use paypal if you are using funds already in your paypal account.

but my question is if the 200 boxes from ridiculous paypal mental … are reversed they can take 2k peds from my ped card to cover the “lose” ?
If you want to avoid any things like this, all you need is 3D-secure. Use payments based on 3D-secure and you will never ever can get locked or any mistake, not to mention are damn secured
