I normally play with sounds quieted, so no. At least not that I’ve noticed.

Thankfully the voice chat went away, that was probably the last time I heard any breathing in game.

I’m curious though if there’s more serious yesses I might spend some time playing in a headset :lol:

I am 100% serious. No sound of breathing in game. Go under water, you sound like you are scuba diving. Only time I have heard my breath. I play with in game sound on constantly, no music though.

I turned sounds off around 2006, when the original babble sound during activated chat box got removed.

I know, but the new sound seems to differ from the original.
Seemingly MA lost the rights to play many soundfiles and maybe recreated some, the replacements being just different enough not to plagiate the original.

I fell in love with the originals, because only those keep the good old day’s happy feeling alive.
