Give some Clarification if Decay numbers on NI are correct or if its an exploit

Since MA took over Decay numbers on more than 1 Item got changed without any patchnotes, is it an exploit to use it or are the numbers intended?

Everything is an exploit if it makes you a profit in any way at all, be sure to report it.

If you’re worried about not losing enough PED, just do the crafting, mining, AND hunting dailies. It comes out in the wash.
