Well what would you do? calmly walk in and ask people if you can take screenshots of them exploiting a bug? What if they say no? will you still take a pic or not?
How about you not exploit and then there is nothing to get upset about

Hmmm MA also didnt tell us that the axe and whip was a bug after about 1 year orso, so why should we report a bug so quick then?

I can see if they were reporting what they feel is wrong, but they arent.. they’re just doign it for possibly free items.. anyways.. whats so wrong with getting somethign free for a change from such a greedy game as PE???

Because it’s in the EULA, which, if you don’t follow it, might get you banned
Anyhow, I suppose MA will bring the servers down in a few days and fix it. Concidering the small amounts of skills this gives, there should be small to none damage done.

i’ll tell you exactly what I did. Upon hearing about this bug, I left the oilrig and proceeded to town. After seeing town after town filled with dirty rotten exploiters, I bought a scanner, loaded up fraps and proceeded to clear each town one at a time. I now have 109 screenshots which all include scanner screens. my intentions… to zip them up and send them to MA, and to use them to compile a list of people caught exploiting and post it here, along with the downloadable zip file for people to use to verify the list.
This is just as bad as all those dirty people out there who exploited that billy’s bug, don’t get pissed off at me cos you got caught in the act. You made your bed and by god you’ll bloody well lie in it.
And if I see any of you in pvp, so help me I will smack you down in righteous fury.

There’s isn’t much anyone can do to not have a screenshot taken of themselves,now is there? It’s not like we are equipped with digital Nikon cameras with 20-2000mm zoom lenses that other avvys can rip out of our hands and smash on the ground.
I don’t think saying “no,I don’t want you taking screenies of me” will do much good..

ACtually I’m not doing it for free items, if MA offer me a reward I will tell them to keep it. Its called having the moral courage to stand up to any act of dishonour regardless of who the perpetrator is. And to stand up for what you know to be good and true. Its the same reason I report every single bug I locate, report every single scammer attempt I witness, and the same reason I will report every single person I caught doing this.
P.S. Don’t bother looking in the auction for Moral Courage implant, its not purchasable.

I believe the support case that i sent into MA stated that I would be skilling in this manner until the “feature” was changed…so its not like i am avoiding the Secret Police…And If you think you can smack me down, then your more unlearned than I gave you credit for.

Btw i did it for roughly 15mins was kind of fun.. hope the 13skill gains i got doesnt hurt MA too much

Read all the posts here, and I agree with nearly all of them
There is nothing wrong with reporting a bug. Its the right thing to do.
Occasionally there is debate about a bug being a feature, but there is little debate here.
There is also nothing wrong with using it. You did not make, you cannnot be totally sure that it really is a bug. And, if you do not use it, everybody else will and you will get left behind.
MA should so what other games have done when these things happen. A simple skill rollback. Then we are all equal again and nobody gets punished.
After all, its is MA’s fault for making the bug. My only question is…“Will the guy that made the error get fired”. Anyone fancy making a poll on that?
