I have recently outgrown my H apartment and moved to a G, so I would like to sell my TI City apartment. It is #11H in the Copper building. The copper building is just a short run down the hill from the TP (past the Platinum building.)
The H apartment is laid out very nicely and has a balcony with a beautiful view of the water. Here is a screenshot of part of the view.

The apartment can hold up to 150 items. The maintenance is paid through the end of July, and I have set the access to public so you can check it out.
This is a great place for extra storage, a soc hangout, or a business (one thing is, even though this is on Treasure Island, as you run down to the Copper building you get a message that you have left the colonist-owned area, so I believe there is no shop tax in this apartment).
H apartments aren’t as rare as the G apartments, but they aren’t for sale that often either. Get yours while you can!
As a little added bonus, I will leave the 2 Nallo lamps that are in the apartment and a Christmas Cloth to make you feel right at home.
