I have spent so much time watching russian drivers on youtube :laugh:

There is so many hrs of video, what i have heard is that they get cheaper insurance on cars if they have dashcams and thats why they have so much recorded.

Don’t know about the cheaper insurance, I heard many have dash cams because there are a lot of insurance scams and lawsuits so some drivers have cams to prove their innocence if falsely accused.
