MindArk and the Planet Partners strive to ensure a smooth and problem-free Version Update. Nevertheless, even after extensive testing some issues may arise after release. Such issues are often addressed via mini-patches directly after a release and in subsequent patches. If you feel that the possibility of encountering minor issues or bugs directly after a Version Update affects your gameplay to an extent that Entropia Universe is not enjoyable, please wait until the mini-patches have been released and any last minute issues have been resolved.

“Marine Biologist Jolene has arrived in Port Atlantis!”

little mix up, but we actually got another fishgutter.

Looking into it.

Confirmed, there are now two “Fishgutter Cobia”, the original one and one closer to the fire, same name, but instead wearing a white coat.

They also seem to share the same mission / cooldown. I spoke to the new Fishgutter Cobia (meant to be “Marine Biologist Jolene” I suppose) and was told I’ve already done todays mission.

I have now spoken to the team; we will be including a fix for this in the next patch.

go Team AI !

That last part…

“Yeah we push broken content but we already have your money so, maybe just don’t play, we really don’t care.”

I think, that does it for me. Not another cent.

How about fixing issue where support ignores us so we can get our apartments for which we purchased vouchers over a month ago so we can start cooking above level 2?

It’s alright germ, MA only have about 16 months of money left before their stock is worthless, 83% drop in 5 years. Just look at deed value, going the same way ???

The stock price in itself has nothing to do with their ability to operate. There isn’t even an indirect correlation in a small cap that doesn’t get actively traded.

Fair enough San. I still doubt it’ll keep going much longer tho. MA really don’t care about their players ??‍♂️

“Did you add new NPC?”
“Yes”
“Did you test it?”
“No”
“Nice, let’s release it”

Yeah I get it..you should probably play an online game that never has any bugs…because there are so many of those right?

Name one that has a known list of bugs that haven’t been fixed in more than a dozen content updates, let alone numerous updates and hotpatches between them.

We’re talking bugs that persist over years, if not decades in some cases, some that prevent smooth play, some that directly decrease account balance, but of course, never the ones where the company is losing money, right?

Bugs are expected, even acceptable. Being advised to “not play until we fix it” is disrespectful and dismissive. They didn’t even check the name of the NPC before deployment in-game…

How long has sound been bugged on ARIS?

I quite enjoy the game, have made tons of friends, played some neat events, and accept the cost as a hobby (even though weeks of 40% returns do hurt) but for the PR person that sent that message to say “yeah, our updates are broken, just wait for a fix” is beyond comprehension to me.

To use the adage frequent here, “fix when?”

Please add a storage container at Jennifer’s Cove!?
If we can’t stash our haul, the fishermen are going to spread the stench of rotten fish across the entire map. I’m pretty sure we’re about to attract every predator on the planet. Help us keep the local ecosystem (and our inventories) clean!

Looks like some of the BPs used in the fishing crafting chains don’t drop at all and haven’t been dropping in like 10 years. Maybe introduce them pack into the pool since they have a use now?

I’d be pretty embarrassed to release a new AI daily NPC and accidentally click the wrong name for a duplicate of a same NPC already in game that I’d have to do a hot fix immediately to save it from becoming a laughing stock for next decade lol. Wonder why they added untradeable spool cell mission at all they must not like the price this high or something?

Could be because of alt-abuse.
