The new Account page has a serious problem:
To create or view a support case you must now provide the 2FA-Code, which wasn’t the case before. So if you can’t access your 2FA (phone lost, etc.) and also lost your recovery code, you cannot open a support case anymore to provide your RL ID and get 2FA removed.

This is 100% speculation from me but could it be so that those who develop ARIS are ex-MA crew, those
who got booted but started up something on their own?
If so they might have a special agreement.
I also reported directly to their staff in-game that they falsely advertise the amount of stuff you get plus the in-game mail you get when you buy the starter pack is wrong. It sends mail saying you received 200p but all items together are 193p. A minor difference, arguably, but from the standpoint of consumer laws in the U.S. and E.U., they are verifiably lying about the purchase amount (there have been many class actions in the U.S. and heavy fines in the E.U. regarding exactly this). I reported this weeks ago.

Well what I can tell you so far- changing site and especially support site is pure proof there is no support left. all below you have list of common question and usually copy- paste massage. so each person who will have any issue and won’t find answer here is left alone.
I’ve been noticing this for most updates through Steam that it seems like updates are larger (and hence slow to download). That is one area where the standalone client loader seems better than Steam. It at least lets you decide what planet data to download and shows progress for each individual planet. Steam just shows a total percent with no other options for planets.
Maybe it’s just been bigger updates rather than Steam specific, but it seems like I’ve been having to wait hours lately for each update to download instead of maybe 20 minutes top earlier this year.

It seems more likely to me that it’s a new place with high turnover where you don’t have to pay the CLD dividend. Or is there also aris included?

But why only ARIS armor and not every armor set with buffs? I get this is ARIS "PP"VU disguised as a universe VU, but still why?
Maybe a test or something? I really hope it gets added to every armor. Would make the grind so much more fun.

The problem I wrote MA is that people can read your old support cases without 2FA. May be now it is still the same.
And another big security problem is how do you change phone without deactivating 2FA? (leaving you vulnerable to account stealing for a time.)

I don’t understand why you’re making such a fuss about it, vouchers obtained this way are more expensive and time-consuming than buying armor. Do you feel robbed? - no reason. Yes, I’m one of the sinners and now I regret it, but you brats who are beating your chest here, realize that no one robbed you of anything. I can’t shake the impression that it’s more the fault of the operator who doesn’t treat his product properly. There have been much worse offenses before me that either went overboard or the penalties were negligible.

Seems that creatures do still spawn in rocks and trees.
Also at Isslye (Calypso), some Feffoxes spawn on top of tall trees.

The new website for account login is so much better now. Good work MA for finally updating the very out of date account website.
The inventory feature now is so much better it has a search function and a refresh button etc. So honestly well done for this.
Feffoids spawn on top of trees near Fort Fury, then they jump down and seem confused.
Mobs around PA servers are doing the same. Merp jumped on me from tree. ?
Haven’t seen any stuck so far tho. ?
