I would like to apologize to everyone using the website for so many changes, but it is something that has to be done to improve everybody’s experience.
This is a quick or not so quick update on what’s new/changed:
Domain
entropiac.com → entropiacentral.com
If you were registered on the old site (old entropiacentral.com), your browser might confuse the prefilled password, beware of this and make sure to retype it once. If you get locked by multiple failed attempts, feel free to PM me to resolve it, but essentially, if you can’t remember your password you registered with at entropiac.com, you can use the reset password feature.
Wiki

Entropia Central wiki is back! At the wiki home screen you can already see the large change: google style search, even if you make a typo, the results will be relevant to what you want. This was a big pain point with previous wiki, where people just couldn’t type in correctly or got used to typing imk2, instead of full name of the weapon, well, now it just works.
There are still some sections missing, but the new refreshed wiki compared to EC 1.0 app, works way better then the previous one. I have made major changes to the data structure for all items, to enable implementation of incoming features, which I will talk about more in a couple of weeks. At this point the data integrity is ok, there are ARIS items missing, and bunch of discoveries of some significant and insignificant items. So far rings and consumables are at 100%, and I am committed to mapping all items in the game, or at least almost all items.
Where the heck is my loadout configurator, my ring combo config and all the good stuff ??!!

Bounty system

If I enter the data myself, it will take me a month according to my calculations, but, my time is very limited and I have to laser focus on bringing value the best way i know, so, I am introducing the Entropia Central Bounty system.
The idea behind the bounty system is to motivate players to contribute by earning PED, and at the same time learn more about the game and get an opportunity to explore it further. Since I have published this idea month ago, a lot of people have reached out to me and asked if they could sometimes edit the data, and not really take away the bounty budget - the answer to this is, take the PED, then donate it back, or to someone else if you prefer it that way.
Starting next week, I will open bounties with better rewards, you can already see on the link above there are ~1200 bounties in preparation state, plan is to merge some into single bounty and increase the reward.
Here are some notes regarding the bounty system:
- To participate, you must acquire “Wiki Maintainer” role at Entropia Central. To do so, either go trough the application here, or reach out to me on Discord or in game
- One person can only accept one bounty at the time, you can not accept second bounty until you complete the first one
- Once you mark it as complete, the funds will be transferred to your Entropia Central PED balance
- You can withdraw your funds, transfer them to someone else, or donate them back to Entropia Central
The budget - unlimited. Bounties are not going to “dry up”, there will always be something to do, and any f2p player that loves the game, and are looking for other ways to fund their gameplay, here’s your opportunity!
Entropia Central website, general MAJOR updates

Couple months ago I have introduced social system - societies and friends, and an activity tab where you can follow what your friends and soc mates are doing. This system has changed significantly, as I believe it brings a lot of value.
Well, here it is, now you can stalk your friends and society members like a pro, dashboard is now completely redesigned, displaying a feed, chronologically ordered of your friends & soc mates globals and trade messages. I am not allowing custom posts on the feed at this moment, as it’s a security nightmare, it should be a safe space where you can enjoy your morning coffee exploring how other people got better loot then you 
Be proud of your profile!
You can now update your profile about section, add discord, youtube and twitch links!
From the dashboard page, you can update your profile photo, update your profile video, and cover image. Video format allowed is WebM, maximum size of 3MB, while unfortunately only .jpg/.jpeg is allowed for images up to 1MB (I will be addressing this in the next update, and allow any image format).
Brag about your HOFs, and tiny winy globals!
When you get a global or HOF, you are now able to upload an image and/or video of it. Any place the global/hof is shown on the website, everyone will be able to see that image.
To do that, go to your dashboard, find your global/hof on the list, and click “Add media” button.
Other changes nobody ever cares about
