No idea when this happened. Spotted it looking through my stuff for some electric protection 
This is because MA lowered the max tt and since protection is equal to current tt divided by max tt… you get a bonus until the tt is reduced.
Yeah but none of the other items I’ve had like this have their function affected. I just posted this for a laugh.

I would have sold it back and bought the cheaper one but it was a gift and already had some nice textures on it.
