i’ve never been. what level of mobs are there? weak, moderate, and tough?
or is it unbalanced to mostly tough (maybe even extremely tough) mobs?

Probably not 
Unless you are going in a big team… even then, do it only for fun. you will more than likely lose a lot of ped up there.
Nope not really since MA has started loccking accounts on trappers, i wouldn’t suggest it if you can’t take them on without trapping 
It’s still fun to go there at least once for sight seeing (even if it will costy about 25 peds overall to go and come back).

On the front page of this site there is a link to my Mob Dmg List.
DL it and check for Aurli and Kreltin. It lists there status Mature Young so on, and what dmg they do. Might give ya some idea.

Hehe Aurlis and Kreltins are tough yeh
and even though the aurlis don’t do much damage, they hit fast
and the kreltins do acid damage so it’s hard getting good protection from them.
you can probably kill the weak ones before they even reach you if you bring a few friends though
