Critical Damage

A noob question to pose to you knowledgable lot.

Does the amount of ‘Critical Damage’ inflicted on a mobs increase with your skill levels?

Recently I have noticed that this message is coming up more and more often. Is this due my skill levels increasing or just good shooting with my little ep-32 and amp104.

I my expreience, The probabilty of inflicting a critical hit increases with your skills. The amount of dmg is determined by the weapon used at the time. I’m still fairly new, so someone please correct me if I’m wrong.

It’s nice to get a critical hit to finish a mob, just before he kills you. But sux the big one when the mob crit hits you to finish you off.

critical hit is just a “double dammage” hit. it can’t get higher than two times your current weapons max dammage

same goes for mobs. they can do a max of double the damage a mob does.
The max damage a mob does can seem kinda hard to figure out nowadays since they do variable damage.

chek here to find out how bad it Could be…

just find the mob(s) your interested in and see what thier damage is.
This chart was made before the change when mobs hit max damage every hit.

Technically yes it does increase with skill. As the others have said, a crit is double damage from your weapon. However, your weapon’s damage range is tied to your skill level. So as you skill up, you move higher in your damage range allowing for a chance at hitting that crit with a full damage shot.

i think as others have said previous. Your skills will dictate the likelyhood of you getting a critical hit. The type of weapon you have will give you a better critical hit
