Hi, I can’t update the game any more. Happens since april 28 I think with a new tiny update.
It’s downloading things, I get the “do you want EU to make changes” message from Windows. It’s updating and then at the ~95% mark it drops death till I get an error message.
Tries reinstalling the game, didn’t work.

95% is also where the system EVERY TIME wishes to download the runtime stuff, regardless of being a patch or not, just hours possibly after the last download from a vu or patch. I’m thoroughly fed up of that too, but don’t recognise the edgewebview thingy setup.
Hope you get it sorted. Maybe the path is wrong somehow. Dunno how a windows exe wouldn’t want to install correctly…
Anyone here got an idea?
Support is silent on the whole issue. Doesn’t even reply that they are looking into it or asking for additional information.

- would be good also to know..if you have a windows (+version) pc or you are running on linux
- have you tried to go manually into the folder and try to install the webview first ?
and then restart the clientloader (assuming you also have all rights to install stuff with your user) - if it doesnt install , maybe also try it to download/install it directly from microsoft

had the same problem.Changed connection speed from 56k to maximum and problem solved.I hope it works for you too..
I had the same issue and the only thing that got it to work was a full uninstall and then reinstall. Hope that works for you!
