Can I use Basic Filters for something

Hi there - Got an error on first post… I’m trying again.

First of all I want you to know that I have only played the game for about a month now. So if i’m talking rubbish - please let me know.

I have decited to become a crafter and I have crafted some Basic Filters just to skilling. But I’m wondering - can’t I (or someone else) use the BF I have crafted? So I can sell them on “the marked” for some good use? It’s kinda boring to craft 1-2K filters knowing that you have to sell it to the Trade Terminal. If you could sell the filters to others maybe you could cover a little more of the loose when crafting/skilling… :smiley:

Can you use BF for anything else than selling it to the Trade Terminal?

Just an idea - Why not use the filters and pumps ect. when mining to get a little better result?

i dunno, but if you did need em for a hangar, there arent many hangars left to complete, so technically they are 100% utterly and completely useless :smiley:

Back to topic - I would recommend putting ALL the Basic Filters you make in storage if you can afford this (only a few can). You will have a huge load of components to show to your guests and disciples, and you might make a big bunch of cash if they come in handy someday :slight_smile:

too bad you cant put them on the walls or ceiling, cuz then you could make your house look like the hologram room on star trek the next generation :cool:
