Obviously the way PE works is by no monthly fee but PED investment (if you’re seriously going to play to b honesT) however why can you not buy skilled accounts? to keep the economy running perhaps?
The other thing I was wondering if MA do not endore or run this then where are the vet accounts for sale like on Ebay for SWG?

Most players do not want this for a variety of reasons including a dislike of the person behind the avatar changing and the idea of someone ‘buying their way in’. Security is, of course an important issue.
MA dont want it for the same reasons, plus it’s in their interest for you to make you own account rather that buy an existing one, the more players (active or otherwise) look good on their books. Plus, you have to skill your avatar which gives revenue to MA.
So no, no avatar sales in this game. It’s better that way.
You are ofcourse free to buy skillimplants to buy yourself a (very) skilled avatar.

If you want to jump start your skills in PE its simple…
You buy skill chips!
You can not buy veteran accounts (Like in Ultima Online) for the simply reason that building up your avatar is a major part of the game and it costs a lot Monney (even if you not invest a cent and make all your peds from reselling SOMEONE pay it) to build skills. Skilled Avatars have advantages and can work more effective with the monney they have. So Ma would cut themself in the flesh to give out good skilled accounts.
The other side is:
When someone leave you his account datas the first is you get all his private details and if you want to put some monney out of PE you have a serious problem.

Its a way for MA to make skill trading possible but it would cost a fortune to build a real good vet avatar. More as the most people willing to pay. Not too long ago MA made skilling mutch harder and i beat the happy about every veteran who leave the game because some über skilled Players with über economic stuff can make constant monney from hunting, mining, crafting ,) Pe can endure some of them but if they become too mutch the system will crash.
Thats also the reason mod fap impmkII and stuff like this not drop anymore. I wont say it will never drop again but the ratio will extremly low. Of course i belive we will get some pedants to the über stuff with bad economy.
