What really makes me laugh is that the NPC is in a noob zone and gives a mission that’s way beyond noobs; I think that’s a really bad system.

Well now i figure out there are 2 NPC there. One asking 2500 widget other 2500 gizmo 8.

The dialogue is ridiculous. He’s telling me to go on a mission west of twins to map a path through the argos (he doesn’t actually give me a mission). Then he’s telling me to come back at 8am tomorrow and he’ll give me some incoherent items for “crafting”. Then when I tell him I want to directly do a deal with him he says to go to another guy in twins (there is no other guy in twins). I couldn’t get him to trade me any items. So I gave up, went to craft some more gizmo 8s and put them on auction for a nice profit

The second NPC gave me a mission where I have to kill mobs, but after 200 Daikiba, still no little white bar is appearing. I like the concept of missions, but maybe they should be tested before trying anything else.
