If I only tell donators, people could just say they are donators to find out. This’ll have to go on the honor system. Once we get everyone together it should only take what, 5 minutes to hide everything? If someone is following you around, just don’t drop anything, and make sure they know why. 
just tell us the date and we all can go there and hide the stuff, we dont need to know each other, just know the date and time
More fun for the givers and the receivers if striking up some trade chat, have a few words and then give an item. This ‘drop stuff and watch the newbs milling around’ is just degrading. Even more so in pvp area.

At age nine it was great fun =) Now I prefer a chat. I bet it’ll be great fun either way and that you have a good time. For myself I need to see the folks on xmas and can’t give stuff this day! Cool idea.
I like the idea of the all chat option maybe if we were to set up a team, we could all hide individually but, people on the team would be able to organise it and then tp to diff cities to spread the word ingame 
And all still communicate with each other alll we would have to do is meet at a certain time
