Making a master thread to compile info on the asteroid types levels and locations
tested resistance on a l4-c2 it reduced my damage by about 10%
L1- C type Asteroid 1
Cost to kill is about 2.5 ped
location(s)
around every space station
L2 and up- C type Asteroid further into the lootable pvp areas of the space

near nesting grounds in the lootable pvps you can find bigger f’s m’s and c’s
lootable pvp higher level f’s and m’s 7+ [Space, 61001, 77019, -2843, Waypoint]
not lootable pvp1-7’ c’s [Space, 59674, 79852, -2279, Waypoint]l
lootable pvp but good source of s’s [Space, 69008, 79760, -1355, Waypoint]
found similiar s and m types in the same areas you could expect to fin

there seem to be l1-c types near every planet, every now and then there’s lvl 4 and 7 mixed in

howling mine lootable asteroidfields have up to L87 m-type size VIII from what i have seen so far
m-type are the hardest to crack with a protection at size I of around 18-19 going up to around 33 at size VIII

Could be an idea to also add if a particular asteroid location is in lootable pvp, pvp, safe zone.

how much hp do small S have? I’ve only been doing Cs so far. is the loot any different?

small S got protection, once you pass it is GG, ya they have different/extra ore too
