Armour Naming

This has totally been thought of before i’m guessing but i was kinda cheking out names of armour and its like we have a couple series of names.

Crafted - Good Guys
BodyGuard,Settler, Guardian,Pioneer,Explorer,Valiant,Warrior,Vindicator,Expedition,Samurai, Trooper.
Crafted - Bad Guys
Renegade,Berserker,Rascal,Vampire,Dragon,Zombie,Ghost,Phantom,Ghoul,Lich,(had to look it up means dead body)Spectre,(a ghostly appearing figure-looked that up too.)Necromancer,Reaper
Looted armours for newbs
Goblin,Gnome,Pixie - i wonder will there be a troll armour or Orc armour using names from typical fantasy culture?
Looted Warrior type.
Hunter
Knight
Paladin
Sentinel
Viking
Vigilante
Looted Animal
Bear
Boar
Jaguar

but i can’t seem to place the rest together any ideas?

Chronical
Nemesis
Salamander
Shadow
Thunderbird
Vain
Angel
Eon

Shadow, angel, nemesis, chronical… Someting biblical perhaps??? :cool:

Zombie, vampire, ghost, phantom and ghoul are all form the ‘Undead’ series of armors.

same as the newer ‘Animal’ series armors.

taken from a VU long, long ago in a galax…wait thats not right :tongue2:

If you had an animal series I think salamander would be added to it. .) But I agree with the rest of the people that you divided them a little wrong. .)

yes, it should, as it too is a fantasy creature (in Neverwinter Nights [if anyones played it] a Kobold looks kinda like a goblin/orc/troll)

Nemesis maybe looted bad guy armor? same with Vigilante

Angel / Shadow / Vain / Chronical - Good / Evil / Evil / Evil (respectively)

Salamander/Thunderbird (to me) should be in animal series

all of the above is my opinion :slight_smile:

Rascal should be in “good guys” :smiley: v big impact ( nice def ) and not so big decay.

I would put nemesis in with the Bad guys.
You have an arch nemesis…like Lex Luthor was Superman’s Arch Nemesis…right?
or am i completely off here, now that I’m typing it, it doesn’t sound right. lol

hmm take a look… I’m just outta bed and cant be bothered to go and find out all the armour names, but the ones I have listed below I have grouped in a way which looks to be quite obvious to me..


The Adventurer Series

Settler, Pioneer, Explorer, Expedition etc etc… (all names for people who explore and discover new and exciting lands)

The Mythical Creatures Series

Pixie, Goblin, Kobold, Gnome, Dragon (all names of mythical beings)

The Medieval Warriors Series
=====================

Knight, Paladin, Samurai, Shogun (Champions in battle/defence)

The Undead Series (like Kalashi said)

Vampire, Ghost, Ghoul, Lich etc etc

The Revenge Series
==============

Vindicator, Vigilante

The Fighter Series
=============

Warrior, Berserker, Hunter

The Animal Collection

Bear, Boar, Salamander, Jaguar
