Any plans to implant the game in ASIA?

Is it possible or are they working on it? :cheer:

THe Arkadia team are targeting gaming cafes all over south east Asia, that’s as per Dave Dobson CEO

I think Planet Toulan is gonna aim for arabic countries (1st arabic 3D MMORPG says their website)

Not gonna work, would be no time for praying:(

this is most likely the reason why it’s not gonna work.
people with jokes like that will beat off the arabic community and things will get out of hand im sure.

they are better off splitting the community at first.
let is slowly mix in before it explodes.

I’s no a joke it’s a sad reality

i think asia and middle should be a huge and important market to aim at.

didnt they try asia already? and cant they make an account like everyone else? dunno what the question is here..

Isn’t this game world wide? I know I’ve met some asian speaking people before.

Absolutely… Wireless EU Anal probe on its way ready for insertion into Asia gaming community :silly2:

I have high hopes that they will bring in a HUGE population increase.

Agree KlowN, we would be fools to chase this people away, it’s a massive market.

I’m quite proud to say that the participants I come across within the Entropia Universe are decent people with a good sense of humour and camaraderie
There is the occasional ranter and child shouting verbal abusive in local chat, although to be fair this is quite rare.

I think the community as a whole respect other nationalities, respect peoples beliefs and opinions, so I think the Arabian planet would be very welcome.

We might have issues with certain clothes that need to be locked off for Planet Toulan, I don’t know what the planet partner is thinking about doing with that issue.

However if Arabian participants want to visit Caly, then they need to be aware that this is like travelling to a western culture where mesh tops on female avas for example are all part of the fun.

What’s to say the planet won’t have a massive mosque where the new participants can pray. They might even place their pc facing Mecca (or other religion). I’m sure that everyone is prepared to respect any rules specified by a planet partner and act as a diplomat from their home planet when visiting others.

The main thing is we all want Entropia to be successful.

Yes like the tons of people NI and RT and Arkadia have brought in…

I don’t get the point.. I have entropia on my laptop and I played while I was in Bangkok looking after my hospitalised father.

Lol, you don’t understand the point at all. It is because they are catering to an entire part of the world that has yet to be advertised to…and to make things even better, it is the Middle East’s first mmo period. They aren’t trying to advertise to the same people as other PPs, nor the people sitting there playing swtor, wow, whatever.

My guess is the governments would like to keep their countries highly censored. (insert satire here)

Would be nice if we could leave such “bullshit talk” outside the Entropia Universe !!

One thing to think about;
Asia (particularly China and Korea) are really REALLY good at taking ideas, copying them and improving on it.
Have you considered what will happen if an Asian company picks up on EU’s (minor) success, develops a clone with massively more backing and infinitely more access to hardware, workforce and finance?
Just wondering if anyone has given this a thought and if so, what those thoughts might be.
One thing that springs to mind for me is the fact that they haven’t (to my knowledge) tried to do this with something like second life.

Just wondering.

some of the comments i’ve seen here are coming out of the same mindset they are complaining of middler eastern ppl have… LOL

Well, at least I learned something from this thread. Rednecks really do exist.
