Mining on Amathera is mostly a vaste.But,in blue areas you can find ores,mostly where the ground is red.
Im intrested,has anybody yet found any ores outside blue areas?
Yep. Just a couple of small depos, i haven’t really mined there alot. 
I’ve just dropped a few bombs there occasionally.
It would seem that the blue areas in the game belong to players and need to be infused with minerals by using the fert stations. I do not know what the rarity is to create the resources but I would also say that MA must be making a sweet fortune on miners blasting like crazy in those areas.
i dont know about infusion of minerals, BUT…
i CAN tell you that not only are the deposits on amethera much deeper, thereby needing far more skills,
but successful mining is extremely rare outside the LAs.
with the minimum skills for relatively effective mining on amethera, you find someting like one deposit per 100 bombs outside LAs. its rediculous.
what a coincidence that the majority of minerals fall within a squares??

How do you know that.Who ever i asked he couldnt say me the difference between mining tools from tt and those crafted.And now there is a difference in depth???So it should be that greater sizes can only be found by high skilled miners.If thats the case,im not supprised that i dont find anything 
But maybe i did droped some bombs on Vast foundings,just didnt have enough skills

na, to find a deeper deposit you just need to be closer to it.
heck, i found my rich at 11 meters away 90 deep (i believe)
You’re wondering why there are as good as no deposits outside LG areas? think a bit.. if there would be no difference in where to mine, nobody would mine in LG areas because of the taxes, therefore MA designed the mining matrix on Amethera so that minerals spawn in claimed areas not on no-man’s land. Personally i’ve mined there a lot and even with all the taxes and my close-to-nonexistant skills back then found quite a lot of deposits while outside the areas i’ve found a deposit ONLY ONCE!
I don’t know how it’s today because i was on a break from PE for about 4 months, but back then it was like this: bomb=hit.. bomb=hit.. bomb=hit.. bomb=nothing=oops i’m out of the LG area
