On Ark and RT, there’s a bunch of land areas with 5% mining, 5% hunting tax, with no description, e.g. the kadra/huon areas in the north of Ark. Are they MA owned? I’m thinking MA is double dipping on these, taking both tax and decay.
they were dealed in predevelopment as a way to raise capital, as so they have especiall charasteristic and the tax is fixed to 5%,the spawn cant be change and they dont require fertilizer, one is owned by deathfier and the other by hawkwing
i guess CND in next island was the same case
