In november 2024 I saw a shop selling in twin peaks mall for 22.5 K PED. I’d prefer to match that price. Contact me here or ingame.

FYI since I saw you asking about an Emerald shop before, the only way to get in the 300 item point range is a large shop at Emerald Lakes (on Caly at least). I’m not aware of any large shops for sale there though. The smaller shops there (~120 item point base) usually go for around 16-18k unless they are next to the televator, and then it’s closer to 20k.

Kaotik is interested in selling his shop, Floor 2 Shop 5 in Emerald lakes mall. I think has 200ish item points, but I can double check.

don´t know exactly how frequently it gets visited but everytime im there there are some poeple too, some good shops there tbh

Yeah what bicckuni said. It’s not port atlantis mall, but sales have always been solid with minimal advertising since I stopped streaming. No dead than the rest of the game.

I’ve had no problem with traffic at my shops. There’s a TP and televator right there, so it’s nothing like the shops surrounding apartments that are a pain for people to get to. Like any other shop, you’d have to let people know where you are and what you sell. Emerald definitely isn’t dead in terms of traffic, but the challenge is that a number of shops are held by inactive accounts, so there isn’t a critical mass or available shops for expanding.

I thought I had replied earlier, but I must have forgot.

I bought my large shop a few years ago for 27k, and that’s a pretty good discount compared to what small shops there sell for (16-18k or up to 20k on televator ones) item point-wise much less compared to the smaller malls that are limited on item points. I have no plans to ever sell, and I’d honestly be buying more shops there if I could right now and they were near my current ones.

So with that in mind, what I’ve been mentioning is definitely not inflated prices and does undercut what I’ve seen as inflated prices advertised some small shops at Emerald if they’re trying to sell for over 20k. If someone was ever selling for 5-8k though like you’re suggesting though (I’ve never seen such a price listed even from before I started playing), I’d personally top that price right away even if it wasn’t in a spot I want.

I think Emerald Lakes has got some great shops available in your price range, because TP and PA seem to be going for a lot more, for example a shop at Twin Peaks 200 points floor 1 sold for 50k in 2023 and the listing was up for a few weeks!!!

No one in their right mind would sell emerald lakes mall even an 100 item point shop for that cheap. Offering 10k for a 300 item point shop is definitely a bit messed up.
