Sure, he’s less skilled than necessary - but he could have brought a lot more than skills to the table. Friendly chat, soc chat jokes, event promotion, etc. etc.
But as stated, top 10 socs are top 10 for a reason. So, if they had let you join, I’m sure they would have lost some of their rank.
