Where to submit found Bugs?

Hello :slight_smile:

I’m new to the forum, so hello, by the way.

Today i’ve encountered a bug in PE, and i wan’t to submit the info to the MA.. where can i do it? :slight_smile:
I seriously tried to find any ‘submit a bug’ form, but there’s nothing like this on the official site or here :wink:
I tried the support page and others.. maybe i should report it here?

And what’s the bug?
I had a lag, and then my skills started to get up.. but i wasn’t fighting anything.. i just stand there and watched my skills going up. Then the lag went off, and some Atrox run over me :wink:

I’m a n00b, and no armour so it was not possible that i was fighting anything - i would get killed in couple of hits.. and that bug went on and on for about 20minutes :wink:
And yes, i’ve checked, logged off and on after some time - the skills were there - so it’s not a graphical bug or smth like that. It just happened :wink:

I’m a programmer myself, and don’t like using bugs in games - so i subbmiting it here. And if anybody know where i can submit it more officially, give me a msg or replay here :slight_smile:

Go to the website www.project-entropia.com and login with your username and password. Go to “my support” and click “submit new support question”.

No, it’s for all kind of problems, including bugs. Usualy they are very grateful for bug reports.
