Where are the beta apartments?

I thought that Mindark were not releasing them yet but I have seen a few people mention having them. Are they available now? If they are then how did the players find out where their apartment was?

Got mine today as well. Standard Medium Apartment, mines in the Omegaton West complex, Delta Building floor 5 :smiley:
