What's a global?

It maybe that the term Global has already been defined somewhere in big bold print somewhere, but if it has I’ve missed it! :dunce:

I once got an 84 PED loot including a Vigilante Harness which resulted in a trumpet fanfare, and my name registered in the Chat window - though not on the Hall of Fame - Is this a ‘Global’ ? :slight_smile:

tradtionally a HoF is over 50 ped. People say its a global if it isn’t listed on the HoF list, but was over 50 ped and broadcast globally.

when it says you name will be entered in the hall of fame…That is what i understood to be a hof. If it didnt make it there it was considered a globel…and i have had 128 ped globals…just because the hofs were way high that week. I have had 7 globals…still waiting for the big one that gets me in the book.

Ok the post is 2 years old, but it looks like loot was a great deal more exciting back then! :slight_smile:

What do we get now? Oil, ammo and maybe a bone or something.

If you recieve loot worth 50 PED you get a global.

If you craft, and recieve residue/gems worth 50 PED you get a global.

If you get a claim for ore/en matter worth more than 50 PED you global :slight_smile:

I agree I started playing this game way to late. I hear of how making ped was much easier then, now your lucky to make it a few days on a deposit. I feel its just sucking up my life savings. (which isnt much) :laugh:
