Warning about Gametime

For those who are using gametime to deposit, here is a little warning about them.

On march the 23th I made a wiretransfer to Gametime to buy peds. At first there was something wrong with the bank, which took a long time to fix (at least they say its fixed). My bank said I should contact gametime so all could be set right finally.

On july the 1st I have emailed gametime that the money should have arrived. As a respond they say I already recieved that deposit. So I email again that I never recieved it, with logs that shows it.

Their response it that they will check it and it might take a while. So I go on holyday etc, and on august the 15th I decide to mail them again to ask what the progress is. They anser they will come back to me in the next days.

So on september the 4th I email again, with abit less nice talk, that its already 3 weeks later and still no answer. They answer with: Getting back to you this week.

Well its now already next week and still no word from them. I am getting realy sick of the support of gametime. The only thing they do is say that the are going to fix it but nothing happens.

Conclusion: I think I can just say goodbye to my money, as I wont put any more energy in the case. All this might still be a fault of the bank, but the total lack of support from gametime, made me decide I will never use their service again. So my advice: if you are planning in using gametime, only do it if there is totaly no other option.

Sad to hear…

I bought 2 or 3 times some low ammounts of peds from gametime.info. I always transfered via paypal to them and it never took longer than 2 hours until i received an email with certificate.

Good luck with your case

Once a wire transfer from my bank to another person I was buying peds from(IT WAS LEGAL AT THAT TIME!) got lost and they never got it, I had to get my bank to reclaim the money. Speak to your bank about it and ask them to trace it, they will find where it is and get it back for you.

Yes, and I think that most banks have protection against something like this. I would contact your bank and see what the next step would be to recover the funds if you can.
GL!

I have contacted my bank already, they first said it went wrong and would refund the money. Later I got a letter saying otherwise, so i called them again and they confirmed the money was transferred and i should contact gametime.

Funny thing is, together with the above post I send a very angry post to gametime. And 2 hours later I already got a reply, claiming they already replied after my last mail, but the mail must have magicly disappeard.

From this mail it seems the bank actually did screw up. And believe me i called em about 5 times, and they just totaly had no clue where my money was ! Maybe its also an idea to switch to a bank that actually that actually know such things

Well at least its seems gametime are trying something to solve this now. They are contacting their bank and asked the phone number of my bank. But still, after 2,5 months, it seems abit too late to make things right again by claming they send a mail I never recieved.
