According to Support, “Void Umbranoid Codex ranks can progress the Void Umbranoid Codex entry itself, but they are not expected to increase the Attribute/Codex Meta progression.”.
I cannot find any mention of this anywhere, and I’m pretty sure others would have posted about this before now if it were the case. So, am I bugged, or is this the new way forward?
in my case, I have two Codex rewards (one that i can claim and One wich is getting bugged)
And there are no codex Reward to be picked, but there`s a Red ! on top of the CODEX.
More like there`s some bugs on the Codex and its not working as intended.

I definitely had the double message when I unlocked the challenge, but I cannot remember if it was present when I gained ranks. I also have the circle with the ! present since the session when I unlocked the first Void Umbranoid entry, and it can only be something to do with them, as I have progressed other Codex entries, claimed the rank rewards, and had those ranks correctly contribute to the Meta.
Time to put in another support case and call them out!
