Lucky. I’ve been skilling at “Bubbling” for 36 years and havn’t unlocked anything. :mad: I have been known to clear a room on occasion however.

Say, I know you were using a big chip (not sure which) cause you bubbled the hell out of Blondie and I at the rig a few days ago, do you think the higher level of the chip helped skill that any faster ?
I have a medium focus chip I have been using and was wondering if i should upgrade to help get my mf skills up so I can use a bigger tp chip.

Mac, I used a Potent Focus Chip. With this new system, I guess it is possible that the bigger chip gives more skill/skill check, but I am not sure. The reason I used potent is because it allowed for the most bubbles per person, so faster skills.
As for skilling for a bigger tp chip, I say go for it man. While I am reluctant to show my exact MF skills (bleh I know, I caught the secretive bug from Angel ), I am currently “Fair” COS on a good tp chip. If you set your mind to bubbling, anything can happen :laugh:
I’m curious, what would you estimate to be the total number of units of ME did it require to unlock this skill?
While a focus chip is the most ecenomical way to skill psychotropy at only 1 ME per use, i am sure it still consumed quite alot.
I would like to know so as i skill up to use better TP chips i have a better idea on how to budget the cost of doing so
I only want to know how much ME you used to “skill” with the focus chip.. no need to include how much you used for TP, firestorm or healing chips.
Who knows it might be worth it to dump a kilo-ped into buying ME.

so my question is how many times did you have to repair your potent focus chip?

I did some rough maths to come up with a rough estimate of howmuch ME you used to gain this skill.
Im guessing you used well over 30 thousand units of me and probrably more closer to 50k units
You likely had to repair your focus chip at least and probrably more than 6-8 times per full repair of your BD implant.
Man you did pay a $hitload of ped to unlock this skill :eek:

Lets just say that durring his little adventure, more than once, he asked to borrow ped from me.
