No it does not prove that he gets to keep the loot, but the loot is going somewhere and is affecting the loot pool in some way. If he’s doing this and is just handing the loot to various avatars around or dropping it on the ground, why can’t other planet partners do it to? If ND is going to be allowed to do this lets see Hanne and Marco running around doing the same thing on Calypso.

I can’t see ND being able to do this I have him on FL. I see him log in every now and then but only like 5 minutes at a time. Never long enough to actually hunt that I have ever noticed.

I’ve had him on FL for over 5 years now, and recently I’ve seen him log in for longer than 5 minutes, and Sunday night was one of those times, so it might be a time of day thing.
The Twitter postings verify this since it takes time to complete those quests that he’s been collecting … they aren’t done in 5 minutes. He did 20 of them on the 21st, and 3 of them on the 22nd (one in which he globaled for 55 ped on ROCKtropia).
I would definitely say that this activity would add up to more than 5 minutes at a time.
and just think, that anonymous gunrunner from Rocktropia was the one supplying that NBK member with all the paint which he looted from Puff the Nevereveralwaysdie dragon’s Cigar, lol… Evidence of all of this illegal activity was located at Omegaton where flasks of alcholic beverages have been spotted. Of course, it’s all a hallucination because no one would be silly enough to put out a Christmas Tree at Easter (it is said that a Christmas tree was next to the alcoholic beverage, but as we all know, the beer shipment never came in yet, so it has to all just be a rumor).

What I am really missing here is why, if people complain that there were and are bugs with the missions do they also complain that someone like ND would test them on the live server? I thought that avatars like Marco could not even loot things they killed though and that ND was set up the same way. It’s possible that it depends on if he has an official gun or not, if he’s firing a normal gun he might be able to loot things as normal, but even if he could if the stuff gets wiped periodically and he can’t withdraw what difference does it make?
Is there any evidence anywhere that ND is looting stuff and giving it away?
This was my understanding of the MA avatars as well. They could global and MA could give them ammo when they ran out, but, everything they got was wiped out at the end of the show.
Nope, but there’s 55 peds he looted that’s got to be going somewhere… not much, sure… but ND’s avatar is the only one at NDS that we know the twitter account to since he posted about it here. How many employees over there are looting stuff? How many avatars at the PPs does MA know about? Lots of stuff still with vague grey areas that no one’s addressing yet.

You know MM, your obsession with ND is getting rather worrying. Don’t you have something or someone else to obsess over for awhile? ND is starting to be old news, a sense of apathy has started forming about the entire issue of ND playing. You want some more tabloid news you need something new.

Nothing wrong with obsessing. To be honest he probably didn’t even spend 10% the amount of time looking for ND info that you did running around and blowing PED on your last hunting trip. Heck, he theoretically even broke even doing it.
Anyhow, derailing the entire thread to personal attacks just seems a tad immature. But I suppose one has to protect their business interests.
There is no obsession with ND. There is only a love for the EU platform, and a request that Mindark make it’s old stance that ‘all avatars are equal’ still be true. If it’s not going to be true for some reason, they need to clarify why, and what exactly their stance on the reasons for bending those rules are. If ND can continue to participate on all levels without any restrictions other planet partners should be able to as well? Maybe it’s time for Skam to be revived because the reason she was taken out of game was an invalid interpretation of the ‘rules’ by FPC?.. Maybe Ozi ought to enter the game again for at least a year since it’s been over a year that RT has been up and ND is still playing?
Next Island reps publicly state they have avatars, and these avatars are used to engage in the play experience on all levels looking for improvement both in terms of addressing bugs and general gameplay issues. An avatar would need to logon for hours, and even play the game to be able to do this effectively.
That an avatar can engage in play, up to and including discoveries, is in itself not breaking the PP agreement. Only if an avatar withdraws money into their personal fund or distributes their avatars earnings to another avatar does this breach occur.
Basically, any discovery could be negated by the dev team, clearing the HOF and opening the space up for someone else (or not), and any loot earned could be sold straight to the TT and never removed from the product at any stage.
So whats the problem?
