but how ever will the poor new people skill, get sweat, and prosper lol
Hmm, how exactly do they plan on stopping the 20,000 new comers who sweat at Atlantis? Lock ALL their accounts? Even some depositing vets sweat still.
Better option is to remove the platform at Atlantis that traps the mobs.
(not that I think its a good idea, newbies need to sweatā¦its how they make moneyā¦this will do no more than drive them away IMO)

For skilling,do snables (just turn off the speakers or you go nuts). To sweat..I dunno since I havent been able to sweat for over 1year. And if someone prosper on trapping (like many do on spiders etc) they should get perm ban. After all, since trapping aint allowed then almost every Eon harness/imp.2870 from spiders should be considered exploitloot. I wouldnt mind seeing the people who has earned big bucks, on trapping spiders getting a perm ban. Trappers are poison and needs to be exterminated :tongue2:
*I have hunted spiders legit several times in teams of 4-5people and its not so hard or costly and we didnt revive much either. Not so many decoys needed so I dont understand why more aint doing it :wise:
Isnāt there still a sweat farm
newbs can just go there⦠and perhaps MA will implement some more sweatfarms to accomodate every1 ![]()

There is no real Sweatfarm :silly2:
Itās just an ordinary trap, the first place ever called a sweatfarm (as far as I know) is the abonded village south from Nymphtown.
Nowadays noobs call every popular trapping spot a sweat farm ![]()

Awww, but sweating is fun! Next time you have time weāll have to go sweat with the newbs, haha. ![]()
like the new sig zar ā¦its sweet ![]()
if they fix trapping, the price of sweat is about to shoot through the roof.
and hence the overall price of using MF is going to go up.
MA will have to do something to enable ppl to sweat i think. otherwise, i would think the MF community is going to get hit pretty hard.
when I first joined people were standing around in atlas haven and PA making teams to go sweat. one of them would run around with the mob on his tail and the others would sweat it without getting hit. MA simply have to make the noob mobs a bit slower again.

now thatās one of the most ridiculous things Iāve heard today. Though I guess people have different definitions of what a veteran is

IMO equipment doesnt make you a vet, skills makes you a vet, and high skilled cant sweat. But even if you cant sweat it is not certain you are a vet. :wise:

Hehe I second this sentiment
Knowledge and experience in game make a vet imo (which can be skills, longevity of playing in game, etc)
Your knowledge of the game wonāt be very high though without some āhands onā experience. I donāt think Iād see anyone thatās been running around doing nothing but reading guides and charts for 2 years a vet, especially not since most of them contain a lot of incorrect information. My idea of whoās a vet and not has changed during the time Iāve played though, I donāt consider myself a vet, but 6 months ago I thought everyone that had an armor better than nemesis was god ![]()

what are you sayingā¦are you telling me that they are NOT gods???
you do speak the truth though about there having to be some hands on experience coupled with the knowledge. it all points back to the source of the knowledge.
and the definition of vet is of course subject to much debateā¦but, what was this thread about?
trapping. yes. canāt wait to see what happens in the next VU!

Even I had a doctors grade in the WWII I history, weapons and combat tactics I
would never ever become a WWII vet. A vet has been there and done thatā¦and
survived.
The beauty with PE is that it is an ever changing universe. No one will ever be THE vet.
We will all be nOObs in something, foreverā¦and ever. Happy orange joy!
