If I get a good offer in peds i might accept too, so far i have a 14k ped offer that i’m considering.
Land is still prefered tho

is it even possible to trade land? I thought it was collectively owned by a society, not an individual. Are landgrab winners given an estate deed?

There have been sold a couple of land areas in auction The land comes with a shed.
Prices go from 11-16k I think, so a hangar might be a fair trade

I would like… 999 999 999 999 999 peds.. or thereabout… ofc a little more wouldn’t hurt.
But as the famous trade in PA sais.. price is negotiable

The hangar itself is at least worth 14k, but i might add a bit because your area is one of the more interesting ones
I have some other items that might be included in a deal (Shopkeeper, viking, vigilante … armor sets).

But i also have a reaction on EP, and if that deal includes land without me paying anything extra, then offcourse i’ll go for that one.

Hangars will probably keep raising in price especially when space combat/mining will be added, while i’m not sure land area price will raise, I rather think it’ll go down.

But it’s a risk i’m willing to take atm.
