Good = a free game actually being fun with nice graphics !
Bad = The frustration the game causes many people due to its somewhat diffrent aproach towards economy in a mmorpg.
Ugly= Aggrippas avatar ( may it rest in peace ) 
Good = free game
Bad = system requirements
Ugly = definitelly support
The good; PE as a whole for being one of a kind
The Bad; The massive slowdown of hunting after 7.0
The Ugly; Gotta give that one to Agrippas av as well 
The Good: mature and nice players - my best moments in PE has always had something to do with other people
The Bad: MA’s public relations - so little could be done if someone there would get paid for sacrificing 15 min per day to inform players

GOOD: That we are in control. If we dont want to deposit this month but still log on we dont have to. If we want to make up our own quests or missions we can.
BAD: Exploitable Mentor System
Ugly: I’m ok with MA the only thing is they tend to bite off more then they can chew lie Marco saying taming will be in by Xmas and it’s febuary.

The Community. Aaaand I wanna sneak in a lil “woho!” for the bright, nice world they made, not like alot of other mmorpg’s where your kinda hunting in a dark, depressing LOTR-world. Dont take me wrong I like LOTR but its a lil much from time to time.

As most of you said; Support. Not only that its slow, but the fact that they dont seem to even read half of whats written.
Good: Long lasting, I hate games where you can max your avatar in just a few months and there’s constantly new stuff being added
Bad: Expensive like woah
Ugly: Quality of support, sometimes it’s really good but sometimes it’s just… not so good.
Good: The PE community! A very strong community with mature players (atleast the most players are).
Bad: That when i log in i don’t have 100000 PEDs.
Ugly: The new “as ugly as Agrippa” Nick Tolbot Tech in PAC

The feeling PE gives me when I’m succesfull in what I do in PE !! It doesn’t even begin to compare to other “games” , cuz those are just that -games

PE’s official withdrawal sistem slowness , ped value is going down because of this,players have to withdraw through other risky ways and that’s just wrong , also it doesn’t make good impression to new players about investing a lot of money when they hear about this :mad:
