gameplay is wack..
the stearing is bad…
I cant even turn left and right decently..
the movement are not smooth..
its all stiff..
game masters please improve the movement..
and the run and walk thing is complicated…
thise game is awesome.. but this issue is the only minus point about it…

yeah, i got problems with the steering too … the steering-wheel seems to be kinda stuck sometimes and it’s indeed hard to take the next turn left or right then … and not only that, the gearbox seems to have some problems too … i especially notice it when changing from the second to the third gear … i hope the gamemasters do something about that as well while they’re fixing that issue with the steering …

PE may be far from perfect, but its control system/interface is something to be appreciated.
once you get the knack of it, its great 
(well thats my opinion anyway)
but if its really stiff and annoying you, try get a mouse with power-steering :laugh:
PE does not have gamemasters, what are your system specs?
Somethings you can do to improve smoothness
-turn off sound from client loader
-turn off wind in game options
-try tweaking the graphics in options
And finally, if that does not work, it means someone is trying to tell you to get a computer upgrade :laugh:

Everyone has their opinion, too bad it did work out.
What makes pe so unique is it’s ever change gameplay and consisent upgrades that effect gameplay. It’s not ep, ep is a soc, it’s mindark that makes the game and the designers do there best to ensure a good quality experience. PE is more of a social game rather that your typical hack and slash mmorpg games that seem to appear by the thousands now. And you say your leaving..bah…lots of people say that but they always come crawling back.
This game isn’t for everyone… its true. It takes a certain type of person to understand it.

Well, your story was short, but I still would like to know the details.
How the setup is when one enters PE nowadays? What is in the toolbar
(fastkey “B”). How were the options (fastkey “O”). I know that many
newcomers try to set the game as usual MMORPGs (point-and-click move,
activate-target and choose-action, 3rd person view), but which way it is
at the beginning? Also which kind of intro a newcomer gets?
I would like to know this since I often help newcomers in PA, but asking
a newbie in the situation does not always help, they need answers themselves. And afterwards they do not remember how it was…
The usual settings with QWS for forward-backwards moving, AD for sideways
maybe most useful, since then you can participate in the team hunt better
(one can pick up a mob and turn it away from a member in danger).
My first 1h in PA:

The first thing to do would have been like KapokWu has done and actually converse with the guy about his problem.. (oh btw, +rep for you KapokWu for being helpful).
It takes me a while to get used to controls in new games… especially if I’ve been playing something else non-stop for ages and then suddenly switch.
Havea mess around with the options.. maybe have a look see if there is a mouse sensitivity option in there you can tweak.. I cant remember I havent logged in for a while and messed with options.
And like someone else said, maybe PE isnt the game for you.. .but it’s worth a try isnt it?
cmon man, control is easy. and best gameplay u get from 1st person view, not 3rd! that is the def of gameplay if u have those problems, than:
i have not seen problems in these domains… on the flip side, probably is about taste, i am in love with PE gameplay. got myself a problem with the loot system, but that’s a whole different story:-)

you should try this..
install it.. than you see a big differents..
its simple to navigate… even verry first time noobs playing the game…
get used to it verry quikly..,
I think the game need some usablity improvements..
they need to make someone do motion capture..
and use his movement for the character people use in the game…
cause I think the character I play with in the game move’s like crap…
its like playing A game from a game consule…
that came from the year 1996…
the game itself looks like science fiction from the 90’s to me…
and when I walk with the character in the game..
it seems he is not walkin.. he is like floating…
maybe adding some clear foot step sounds would help!
.. and the 36 rotation could be way better..
..if they improved this issue..
I would be hapy to play again…
You cant compare PE with Knight Online, its two different games, I tried Knight Online like one year ago and its more like a hack n’ slash type game…
