I have been spending a lot of time skill hunting around phenix and after the removal of trapping ther a lot more of new players sweating but I am getting rather anoyed by players running up to me whilst killing a mob and start seating it without even asking. I dont like this for two reaons: firstly it’s rude to interfear with someone mob without asking, secondly this can cause me lag populated areas.
Is this me being too picky about manners or am I right ?

Yea it is extremely annoying…especially when they run right in front of you while you’re shooting the mob and start sweating it…then want to follow you around to do it again 
Sure it can be annoying from time to time, but i don’t really have much problems with it, as long as they ask you about it first.
If they don’t just tell them that you don’t like them and explain them why, they probably have no clue that it can be annoying.

I actually find it pleasant when noobs tag along and sweat my mobs, especially if they’re talkative. Skilling can get pretty repetitive, and having someone along to liven things up is always a plus. I usually encourage them if there’s only one, and if they’re good at it (i.e. not getting in my way).

Exactly. The solution isn’t always to get mad at noobs, most of them are nice. =)
I may do it every now and then but when I do it I’m as far away as I can be and sometimes I’ll even give the guy some sweat although he may never need it…depending on my pull which is usually 10-15 from a mob

I also like it when a nice talkative newb follows me around and stays out of the way. Lately though I’ve had alot of people run upto me as I am backing up and just start concentrating right behind me and I can’t backup. THAT is what I hate! :mad:
I usually just run away from PA though when there’s jerks like this around (and I say jerks because the ones I ran into wouldn’t listen to me telling them not to stand behind me).
I’ve met quite a few nice people out their asking if they could sweat my mobs while I hunt or skill FAP. A couple who are now disciples.
