I had a feeling this post was going to stir the pot and get the talk going but apparently not.
The price on the Equus always bounces between 50 and 65k depending on whether there is anything new in space
These values have the potential to drop like a rock in water. If UE5 changes space in ways the players don’t particularly like.

Well SI matters a lot. To a lesser extent reputation can effect it as well…
Pretty accurate for equus (47k - 53k) and privateer (65k @ 20k SI) based on my experience. Can’t comment on Prospector or MS though.

Prospectors have been sold for 220k, 200k, 180k, and 160k so far.
I wouldn’t sell mine under 200k.
I bought firebird (equus) at 60k 1 month ago. Since that is what it usually goes. 60-70k
Equus Firebird 60-65
Privateer 75-90
Mothership 100-120

This is such an interesting look at the economy.
I bought an Equus off the auction for 50k when they dropped and was told it was stupid. Today we have more alternatives and smaller player base and yet they have gone up in price…?

Yeah some prices mentioned are very biased I think. But that’s ok!
With pickups for 15 ped the profit with warp went down quite a bit
More warp capable ships so less warps in general
Less customers
45-50 for equus or 50-60 for a privateer sounds more reasonable if you ask me, depending on SI.
But ofc there are only so many available, and quite a few are just rusting away on avatars that are either dead or no longer play.
