I think there should be a category named skilling just as there is mining and hunting. Lots of people do way more skilling then any of the other.

Ask Dr. Gavin and his team of fappers if they consider it a profession or not. 
He gets paid for his services, allowing him to maintain a lifestyle standard. = profession.
Your profession could be runner, or sweater, or even gsi scammer.

If you skill it high enough you get it as prostand,I have seen alot of “remarkable paramedics” when I scanned people

Skills are gained from doing certain professions like hunting/mining/crafting, which is how the game is “meant to be played”.
Standing with 10-15 snablesnots around you and fapping just to increase skills is not the way the game is “meant to be played”, im sure even those doing it would agree with that.
A skilling forum would also start alot of autoclick discussion which we would rather be without, we have a single thread for that.
Yes, i have been doing skilling myself, like making 100.000’s of pioneer shins, no way i could sell all those so it has been for pure skilling.
But anyway, questions/discussions about skilling should be posted in the profession categories where they belong.
Making a skilling forum is a no go.

Yes I know but im talking about Categorys on this forum. I used to have paramedic profstanding myself before that VU that fecked up all the pro stands

of course it is—thats because “hunting” isnt the set of skills. its simply a term used to describe WHAT SET of skills yu are using. you see what i mean?
crafting, in itself, isnt a skill. however, computers is, laser technology is, and thats all i can remember right now :scared: . and then there are also the attributes, like intelligence and dexterity, etc. they, like skills, are UTILIZED in such activities as crafting and mining, along with the skills. crafting, mining, and hunting, are, in themselves, not skills. its simply the term for a group of skills used at one time.
so, when you skill, your simply excersizing a SECTION of those skills. i.e., if you stand there with an fap and heal yourself while there are 15 snags around you, youll be gaining in such skills as anatomy, evade, etc. but you wont be gaining in blp or laser sniper, or combat reflexes, or any related such combat skill–because you arent FIGHTING. youre using a portion of the skills used in hunting, and at other times could use the other portion, and not the former one. so, your simply enacting half of the hunting process. it is, in essence, still hunting, and the proffession in which you are partaking is still hunting–though, like mb said, its not what ma had in mind

Actually you do gain combat reflexes when fapping. And fapping has raised my profstanding with 600 levels the last month
As we arent going to have a skilling forum here as i mentioned earlier in the thread im locking this.
