Ok, I’ve used the lower heal chips and I’ve got a lesser tp chip. I’ve also got on e of the higher heal chips, and an implant, but when I attempt to use the good heal chip, it says I don’t have enough skill. If I right click on it, it says Skill Progress Until you can use this chip 8%. I didn’t bother to look to see what my biotropy skill was, but thats not the question I have.
That Skill Progress percentage has gone up as I’ve gained skills. It started at 3% and has now worked its way to 8%. Is the skill progress just going to keep going up? And what exactly is 8%? I mean, the upper boundary for skills is a pretty darn high number. Since its gone up, I assume I’ve already hit 3-7% and I was deemed not worthy. I didn’t buy the chip so it could sit in my inventory. I bought it to use it. This also seems to be the case for a better TP chip, specifically the Good Teleport chip. I haven’t picked one up yet, but in Info, it shows the same Skill Progress requirement.
Whats the deal? Anyone know?
