Since I recently bought a shopkeeper, i would be very interested if someone could tell me how much it decays for every item you put in/sell?

My numbers are:
2 PEC to place item.
38 PEC when item is sold.
Total of 40 PEC.
You can test it by looking in the client loader items list, it updates with the latest info when you refresh it so you can put item up, refresh, buy item (get a friend to do so) and refresh

Is that per item or does it count bulk items as 1 item?
Like if I bought 2 pieces of armor at same time?
Or if I put in 10 items at same time?

It’s per item, with single stacks treated as 1 item (just like auction).
So regardless of if you put 1 item in or 10 items in at once, they are all treated individually - you place them into the shopkeeper in their desired spot, set their price and confirm it all one at a time and have the shopkeeper decay its 2 PEC as each one goes in.
You can take items out for free I think, though I have not tested this.
